Object: True Story about Fake Pastor
I worked with a black guy in a warehouse for awhile, and he started to tell
me about his past. He said that he was once a pastor in a Christian church.
He also had a popular radio ministry. The reverend Eugene Forest. While he
was working with me he changed his name to Charlie Ross. He said that he
never believed that God exists. He said he never believed in Jesus. He just
got involved in the ministry, as a young man, to please his mother. His
mother pushed him into it. He said that his congregation kept giving him
expensive gifts. They even gave him automobiles. But this started to bother
him. So one day he got up in the pulpit and told the people that he never
did believe in Jesus. He just got involved in the ministry because of his
mother wanting him to do it. Then he resigned as a pastor.
I started telling him why I knew that Jesus is the Lord, and he said
something like he thought I was crazy, for believing in Jesus. I got into a
conversation with him about stealing one day and he said that he thought it
was alright to steal if you don't get caught. Someone did steal a camcorder
where I worked, and the company found out that it was him that took the
camcorder, so he got fired for stealing. The last I heard of him, he was
working somewhere in a janitorial service, and he died.
This is a true story.
How many other atheists, that don't even believe in God, are in Christian
ministries, because they can earn a good salary in a church pulpit after
they get their preaching papers? This is the age of the professional
preacher. If an atheist has preaching papers from a bible college, he can
earn money in the pulpit preaching.
2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,
transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into
an angel of light.
2 Corinthians 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also
be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be
according to their works.

And yet, that's all it seems to take to be a preacher
in a church. So many people are caught up in, "Where
do you attend seminary", that they forgot who the first
group of preachers were.
