TV preachers looking 4 ways to CASH IN on Katrina's misery |
Just give it some time......
Some asswipe prosperity preacher in a $1500 suit will
find a way to cash in on the misery of Hurricane Katrina
eventually. Just like the politicians are doing right now.
Politicians will re-build the Superdome to keep lucrative
contracts with the NFL before homes are re-built, and those
shi+stain preachers on stations like TBN and CBN will find
new and creative ways to prostitute a fake Katrina Relief
effort while pocketing 65% or more of the take in "administrative
costs and ministry operating fees"
It's as sure a bet as yesterdays newspaper will be used as
packing materials for the next e-Bay shipment or line the
bottom of the parrot cage.
Just give it time

I agree with you chuckles, but religion (preachers) and god are two
different things.
Religion is what you see daily and buildings with steeples, ...followers of
what christ said on the other hand are spirit filled people who have
listened
to the living words and performed them as christ did.
I do hear you loud and clear though, its so hard in this generation to see
otherwise........ rip-offs are rife.
Just gotta remember what the gist of the bible is, and once understood then
its easy to see that christ wasnt kidding when he said he had an enemy who
came here to destroy anything he could.
His enemy hates me, he hates you, he even hates a single blade of grass, &
all
because he hates god.
Dont forget, this dude used to work for god, he actually knows what heaven
looks like and the freedom it offers.......... and he is one "peeved
off puppy"
at the moment because he is stuck down here subject to gravity and not being
able to get out.
(do you know what its like to be locked up and caged like an animal?)
Anyhow, what do ya reckon is one of the first things he's gonna do? what
would you do? I know what I would do; i would infiltrate myself into
the
sanctuary of god and disrupt it as much as I could..... then larf me head
orf.
He has set up a thing called "Religion" of which is the furthest thing from
god
possible.
He set up a huge one in catholicism, where people worship the pope and mary
instead of christ.
You are dealing with an enemy that you know nothing about, and it is because
it already lives within you and is your own "normality". We are all
unfortunate in that we are born with it. (blame eve for that, its an
amazing tale)
Anyhow, what you know as normal in your everyday life is known as
'your comfort zone', and no doubt you will try and protect it from anything
or
anyone who dares to tell you different. (and hence the reason that the jews
and up-market priests had christ put to death........ heh heh, they
didnt
realise that they were actually playing right into his hands, and he was
willing
to suffer greatly just to make the point.)
Enough typing.
catch ya friend.

The first relief agency I saw heading into the New Orleans area,
besides Federal relief, was Red Cross, the Billy Graham agency.
Last I heard, both the Red Cross and Billy Graham are non-profit.

And then there are you haters, who merely use every national or
international disaster as an excuse to spew your bile.
'Hate, hate, hate!" There's just never enough hate!
