My American brothers and sisters in Christ,
For the SEVENTH time now I've been praying and saying, Vote for Jesus
Christ in 2004 -- not George W. Bush -- because:
-- Pat Robertson's resignation this month as president of the
Christian Coalition confirmed THE ASCENDANCE OF A NEW LEADER OF THE
RELIGIOUS RIGHT IN AMERICA: GEORGE W. BUSH. For the first time since
religious conservatives became a modern political movement, THE
PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES HAS BECOME THE MOVEMENT'S DE FACTO
LEADER -- a status even Ronald Reagan, though admired by religious
conservatives, never earned. Christian publications, radio and
television shower Bush with praise, while PREACHERS FROM THE PULPIT
TREAT HIS LEADERSHIP AS AN ACT OF PROVIDENCE. ...Bush's handling of
the anti-terrorism campaign since Sept. 11 has solidified his standing
by painting him in stark terms as the leader in a fight of good
against evil. "I think Robertson stepped down because the position
has already been filled," said Gary Bauer, a religious conservative
who challenged Bush in the Republican primary. BUSH "IS THAT LEADER
RIGHT NOW." There was already a great deal of identification with the
president before 9-11 in the world of the Christian right, and THE
NATURE OF THIS WAR IS SUCH THAT IT'S HEIGHTENED THE SENSE THAT A MAN
OF GOD IS IN THE WHITE HOUSE." Ralph Reed, who once led the Christian
Coalition and now is chairman of the Georgia GOP, notes that the
religious conservative movement "no longer plays the institutional
role it once did," in part because IT SUCCEEDED IN ELECTING BUSH AND
OTHER FRIENDLY LEADERS. "YOU'RE NO LONGER THROWING ROCKS AT THE
BUILDING; YOU'RE IN THE BUILDING." CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIANS TEND TO
VIEW BUSH'S RECENT SUCCESS AS PART OF A DIVINE PLAN. "I've heard a
lot of 'God knew something we didn't,'" Reed said. "In the
evangelical mind, the notion of an omniscient God is central to their
theology. He had a knowledge nobody else had: He knew George Bush had
the ability to lead in this compelling way." ...some of those around
Bush say they have a sense that A HIGHER PURPOSE IS INVOLVED. "I
think President Bush is God's man at this hour, and I say this with a
great sense of humility," Bush aide Tim Goeglein, described as a
"strong evangelical," told World magazine, a Christian publication.
....Karl Rove, Bush's top political strategist, said that only 15
million of the 19 million religious conservatives who should have
voted went to the polls in 2000. "We may be seeing to some degree
some return to the sidelines of previously involved religious
conservatives," he said. And BUSH, HIS ADVISERS ACKNOWLEDGE,
DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENTED THE POWER OF THE LEADERS OF THE RELIGIOUS
RIGHT, APPEALING TO CONSERVATIVES HIMSELF rather than paying homage to
the Christian Coalition during the campaign. "In the old days,
Republican presidential candidates went to religious conservative
leaders to seek their imprimatur," said a Bush adviser. "GEORGE W.
BUSH WAS ABLE TO GO DIRECTLY TO THOSE WHO SAT IN THE PEWS." BUSH'S
EFFORT SUCCEEDED. "HE IS THE LEADER OF THE CHRISTIAN RIGHT," said
Marshall Wittmann, a former Christian Coalition figure now with the
Hudson Institute, a think tank. "AS THEIR INSTITUTIONS PEEL AWAY, HE
CAN GO OVER THE HEADS" OF RELIGIOUS CONSERVATIVE LEADERS. BUSH, AIDED
BY SPEECHWRITER MICHAEL GERSON, HIMSELF A RELIGIOUS CONSERVATIVE,
SPEAKS THE LANGUAGE OF RELIGION BETTER THAN ANY PRESIDENT since Jimmy
Carter, religious leaders say, and Bush's policies appeal more to
conservatives. ...As Bush had embraced religious conservatism,
religious conservatives have openly embraced him. ...World magazine,
which is edited by ONE-TIME BUSH ADVISER MARVIN OLASKY, NAMED BUSH'S
ATTORNEY GENERAL, JOHN D. ASHCROFT, ITS "DANIEL OF THE YEAR." ...THE
TOP DANIEL, OF COURSE, IS BUSH HIMSELF, a view liberally offered by
the many religious figures who pass through the White House. In an
account of one such meeting, Jean Bethke Elshtain, a professor at the
University of Chicago Divinity School, wrote of A "POWERFUL AND MOVING
MOMENT" WITH BUSH AND AN ECUMENICAL GROUP OF RELIGIOUS LEADERS. "One
of our group asked, 'Mr. President, what can we do for you?' He
indicated that we could 'pray for me, for our country, for my family.'
He believes in the efficacy of prayer and needs wisdom and guidance
and grace, he said. A GREEK ORTHODOX ARCHBISHOP WAS INVITED TO LEAD
US IN PRAYER. WE ALL JOINED HANDS IN A PRAYER CIRCLE, INCLUDING THE

So, my born-again Jewish and Gentile Christian brothers and sisters in
America, who's it going to be? Who will you sell your souls to, come
Election 2004 -- Jesus Christ or George W. Bush? For you cannot serve
two masters.
Remember Jesus always and receive daily the good news of salvation
from His crucifixion, burial and resurrection, with a heart of
repentance, faith, obedience, service, love and joyful endurance.

Is Jesus running on the Ballot? If he is, by all means, I'd vote for Him...
but last I checked, Bush is the only Republican running, there are 8, 9, or
11 Democrats running and none of them appear to be Jesus... I haven't seen
any independents declare, but I assure you, if I see Jesus declare, I'll be
sure to vote for Him.

2004 without dethroning Jesus Christ. And you can't worship King
Jesus without dethroning Bush. Born-again Christians in America,
however, have been doing both, only because they've become idolatrous
and followed after other gods, just the way Old Testament Israelites
were doing. But God disowned them as a result, didn't he? That same
fate awaits professing born-again Christians in America -- if not
already! It's a done deal, though, by the looks of it.

God won't disown us. That's a guarantee from Jesus - we may disown God, but
He will never disown us.

but faith often inspires compassion. Human beings can love without

another. But civility does mean that our public debate ought to be
free from bitterness and anger, rancor and ill-will. We have an
obligation to make our case, not to demonize our opponents. As the
Book of James reminds us, fresh water and salt water cannot flow from

any reference to the anti-Christ dethroning Christ either.
I also noticed pretty much EVERY Scripture there was taken totally out of
context.
So...
Well, here's the Bible study with me you've been daring to have.
I asked you to provide the Scriptures that indicated voting for George W.
Bush dethrones Jesus Christ.
And, Unlike you, I TRUST God and what HE writes in HIS WORD - which is that
God CANNOT be dethroned. GOD wins in the end.
So prove to yourself that you abide by what Scriptures teach concerning
Christian Anti-Christs in America and in your own denomination!
There is no such thing as a "Christian" anti-Christ. You prove your own
ignorance.
That you haven't been obeying these commandments explains why, by
enthroning Bush in 2004 you'll be dethroning Jesus Christ!
Sorry, Opus. God doesn't say that ANYONE can dethrone Christ.

again. The following New Testament prophecies have ALREADY been
fulfilled by George W. Bush:
(1) He is one of "the kings of the earth and of the whole world".
-- "And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth
of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth
of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working
miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole
world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God
Almighty." (Revelation 16:13-14)
(2) He is a certain individual person.

-- "man...any man..." (Matthew 24:4, 23, Ephesians 5:6-7, II

(3) He deceives.
-- "[B]y good words and fair speeches [they] deceive the hearts of the

-- "[I]f it were possible, they [false Christs and false prophets]
shall deceive the very elect." (Matthew 24:24)
-- "that great city Babylon...by thy sorceries were all nations
deceived." (Revelation 18:21, 23)
(4) He draws multitudes.
-- "[B]road is the [false prophets'] way, that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat" (Matthew 7:13)
(5) He claims to know God.
-- "They profess that they know God..." (Titus 1:16)
(6) He calls Jesus Christ His Lord.
-- "[False prophets call Jesus Christ], Lord, Lord..." (Matthew 7:21)
(7) He corrupts the gospel of Jesus Christ.
-- "Also of your own selves [the elders of the church] shall men
arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them."
(Acts 20:30)
-- "[Their teachings run] contrary to the doctrine which ye have
learned..." (Romans 16:17)
(8) He presents a messiah to the world.
-- "For many shall come in [Jesus'] name, saying, I am Christ;
....[and] shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there... For
there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets..." (Matthew 24:5,
23-24)
(9) He comes from God's kingdom.
-- "Also of your own selves [the elders of the church] shall men
arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them."
(Acts 20:30)
-- "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there
shall be false teachers among you..." (II Peter 2:1)
-- "They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had
been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went
out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us."

(10) He backslides and apostasizes.
-- "[I]n the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving
heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils..." (I Timothy 4:1)
-- "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving,
and being deceived." (II Timothy 3:13)
(11) He infiltrates and subverts the body of Christ.
-- "For I know this, that after my [Paul's] departing shall grievous
wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own
selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away
disciples after them." (Acts 20:29-30)
-- "[F]alse brethren unawares brought in...came in privily to spy out
our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus..." (Galatians 2:4)
-- "[They] subvert whole houses..." (Titus 1:11)
-- "But there were false prophets...even as there shall be false
teachers...who privily shall bring in damnable heresies..." (II Peter
2:1)
-- "For there are certain men crept in unawares... These are spots in
your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves
without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds;
trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by
the roots..." (Jude 4, 12)
(12) He brings scandals to the church.
-- "And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the
way of truth shall be evil spoken of." (II Peter 2:2)
(13) He upsets and splits up the body of Christ.
-- "[They] cause divisions and offences..." (Romans 16:17)
And where are the proofs to support these claims? Bush's own words.

recognize Jesus Christ as an example of love, compassion, sacrifice

National Prayer Breakfast, regardless of their religious views. No
matter what our background, in prayer we share something universal --
