Was Jesus Christ born in the spring of the year? |
I was looking for some biblical and historical evidence that shows or
indicates that Christ was born in the spring.
I remember several scholars who thought this was possible, I just don't know
what their evidence was --
Do you have any evidence to support this?

I heard somewhere it was the time of lambing.
And another reference that it was 3rd February.

It is obvious that He was not born on Dec 25th.
That is a copy of the pagan solstice practice.
The Bible says that the flocks were in the field.
That wouldn't be the case in winter.
Many present evidence for spring and for fall.
Personally, I believe it was in Sept.

"And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house;
and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the
Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way
as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest
receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost."
