Emmitt Till, a young black man, was killed by two white men in the =
summer of 1955 while visiting relatives in Mississippi. Emmett was =
beaten and shot to death, and then his body thrown in a river, for =
simply talking to a white woman in a grocery store. After the body was =
recovered, Emmett's mother held an open-casket funeral. His face and =
body had been beaten beyond recognition, and he had a bullet hole =
through his head. This crime and the case that followed are considered =
by many historians to be the impetus that propelled the civil rights =
movement forward.=20

Why did Emmett Till's mom decide to open the casket so all could see her =
disfigured son? Because she wanted people to see just how evil racism =
is. And so it is with Missionaries to the Preborn. We have opened the =
casket on abortion by displaying the photographs of those killed by =
abortion. Why do we show the disfigured images of those murdered by =
abortion? Because we want people to see just how evil abortion is.=20

Missionaries to the Preborn will be conducting THE AMERICAN ATROCITIES =
TOUR from June 13th - 24th, 2005, a two-state, 17-city, campaign being =
held in Michigan and Wisconsin wherein they will, once again, display =
the photographs of the murdered preborn at busy intersections. =20
The display will include photographs from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd =
trimesters, as the killing of the preborn is legal in all three =
trimesters here in America. If anyone doubts the veracity of our =
photographs, they can go to a public library, pull out a medical =
textbook on fetal development, and see for themselves exactly what a =
preborn child in the womb looks like.=20
