The first "lord" is the word YAHWEH which appears in many English versions
as LORD (all capitals).
The second lord is ADONI (my lord). ... the Hebrew word ADON (lord) has a
special ending on it when it refers to the One God - ADONAI (449 times in
the OT). But when the word has the ending 'I', i.e. ADONI (adonee), it never
refers to God but always to a human superior (occasionally an angel). So we
know that the Messiah is not ADONAI (God) but the human superior of David,
David's lord, Adoni.
This Psalm was believed to be a Messianic oracle both by Jesus and by the
rabbis of his day. Jesus knew that he, the Messiah, was David's lord as well
as David's son. The Pharisees were not prepared to recognize Jesus as the
lord of David, though they knew he was a descendant of David.
The Hebrew language is precise and the rabbis always held the name of the
One God in the highest reverence. That is why they reserved the form ADONAI
for God alone. (Jews to this day read the word ADONAI when they come to the
personal name for God - Yahweh. No one knows exactly how that word is to be
pronounced. The Jews gave up saying it about 300 BC.)

Most of what you say is correct. With the exception of;
No one knows how to pronounce YHVH.. that's not true actually.
The Kariates Jews never stopped saying THE NAME in which they were the
Sadducees The Temple priests and they full well how to say THE NAME.. As
well Moses Mamoides said "The Name is spoken exactly how it is written..
Meaning, take away the vowels YUD HAY WAV HAY GIVE EACH HEBREW LETTER its
natural sound and you have THE NAME which agrees with The Kariates.
This name is NOT THE PERSONAL NAME OF GOD.. THE NAME here is a description
of I AM HE WHOIS
I AM HE WHO WAS
I AM HE WHO IS
I AM HE WHO WILL BE=
constant BEING.. Actually it is rumored,e ven among Judaism that only The
Messiah knows HIS PERSONAL NAME
which is allegedly 2-+ letters in Hebrew which I have no idea and neither
does anyone.
coincidence The Rabbis say this and we have revelations saying that only
Messiah has THE NAME OF HIS FATHER on HIM?
The Name SAID to Moses " Your father knew me by EL SHADDAI, (MIGHTY ONE
ALMIGHTY)
now I shall be known as YHVH " I AM HE WHO IS THE MIGHTY ONE(S) OF ISRAEL"
do a complete study using Jewish sources as well.. YHVH is a descriptive
NAME of THE BEING.. not a personal NAME.. the personal name only Messiah
knows
Peace

Actually, you guys kind of missed the point.
Jesus used this as trap against the Pharisees.
What Jesus was asking was how Messiah could be Lord over David and David
could be Lord over Messiah at the same time.
Jesus came last temporaly, but David came first linearly, hence Jesus is
David's Lord, but David is also Jesus' lord.
In the same manner, John refers to Jesus as both the root (coming before)
and offspring (coming later) of David. [Rev 22:6]
This is one of four "time stories" in the Gospels that illustrate the power
of Beginning and Ending (time in a line), First and Last (time in cycles),
and Alpha and Omega (non-linear time).
(I discuss all four of these stories in "The Character Map.")

NO ONE.
The psalm is ADDRESSING king David.
It is falsely used by Christians to justify the
deification of the fellow from Galilee who was
executed by the Romans for sedition. -- L.

really? addressing King David?
1. The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your
enemies Your footstool.''
2. The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the
midst of Your enemies!
3. Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the
beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your
youth.
err David here was long since in power by the time this psalm was written
3. Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power
again the people were serving David Here by this time seeing by your view he
was already King
according to your view, David would have had people not under his power,
because he was not yet King
write this about Him before He was King which is absurd.
Try to think about he View Rabbi Singer gives before being programmed by it
are you willing to serve Yeshua?
you are not right? because you think he has no power.. you are fulfilling
the negative end of this prophecy
conclusion David was long since in power when this psalm was written.
The People were willing in David's day to serve Him, In fact this period was
one of only 2 or 3 times in my people's history when things were somewhat
ok.
to review;
3. Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the
beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your
youth.
David was already in power the people were already willing to serve Him
Yeshua is considered by his own people to have no power, Dead and certainly
they are not willing to serve Him, as well being he is still alive he has
the dew of his youth.
Not a good try Lib, please try to actually pay attention to the detail of
The Psalm before distorting it to make it fit into your view. Thank you..
