hell do I have to be old? How did it happen? It's like you go to sleep and
you wake up with a tired body and half your skills dead. My mind is still

My partner put it rather well. I am mature, not precisely old. I just wish I

my father's 77. he was surprised when his doc sugested he
consult with a gerentologist on something, since he figured he
wasn't that old.
he was also surprised that his doc gave him a flu shot, since
they're reseving them for elderly people and those with bad
chronic illness this year.

My dad is 81 and in very good health. His mum, my paternal grandmother died

Thanks, Wombn, and specially for the nice hug. I am OK now. I just realized
I do not have to get miserable because life runs for me as for anyone else.
It's not for me to violate nature's laws and I have to accept to age. Every
birthday I have is the same, I feel that life is slipping from me. But I
have to live every moment of it so as not to regret to have spent it bitter
and miserable. Happy birthday to me.
