Sitting here grading . . .very slowly. Still have classes to get ready
before the 17th, an application to fill out by tomorrow, and haven't
started revamping article yet.
Usual feeling of too much to do and to sickly (physically) to do it.
Gawd, I am a train wreck. Not good for one's feeling of womanliness --
between surgery pain and legs I am like a little bent over daisy psuhed
to ground by a wind.
Still, glad I have these things to do and most of all some will
power/desire to do them. Very far cry from lying listless and consumed
in spiritual pain.
Going to present on Robin Hood -- that will be fun. Now, got to find
out about scheduling surgery for legs YAY -- then could walk!!
So, all pain worth it.
This is a report of nonthing important :) going to grade SOME MORE

i'm glad to hear that you seem to be healing; at least you
_can_ do some grading, etc. this is not a nothing important
post. this is a declaration that you can and will do what
needs to be done.
i'm sorry you're feeling poorly, physically, now. hope that
improves quickly for you.
btw, what surgery would be done for your legs? sounds like
this could be a major life-changing event.

Thanks Lisa -- they think they have figured out what is wrong with legs
(closed arteries -- no pulses in my legs or weak ones) so they can do a
bypass and get blood flowing! Great huh?
I am excited about that.
Now don't isolate yourself -- post and talk though you are right quite
here eh? Maybe play with boys? Hope you have a good good new year.

thanks, rosena. i hope your year's a good one, too.
that would be great if they can do a bypass! it must hurt like
heck to have insufficient blood flow to your legs. i've got very
mild circulation problems in my hands and feet and it's not
comfortable.
have you found a playstation game that you like to play with
maria? all we have here are very boy-oriented. we've had the
machine for over a year and i've never touched the thing.

Is SIMS 2 available for the playstation? It's supposed to be good for
both girls and boys (and grown-ups too, though I haven't yet tried it).
How old is Maria, eleven? It may be a bit old for her, I suppose - I
haven't seen the packaging.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

Just as long as the sex is mature, you know, rubber chickens not rubber
eggs.

sounds just right. mine are still at the point where sexual
themes either go straight over their heads (esp. 9-yr-old) or
are so uncomfortable as to be dismissed (by the 11-yr-old).
iow, they might not like some of it, but their mom might :-)
i'm open for just about anything rated "teen" or below for them.
