adjustment/ My Contract students applauded me the last day of class.
Nice. Made me feel good. Going to taka Maria to Barnes and Noble and
find her a couple of good books. Then maybe focus better on article.

how awesome to be applauded!!! those are the kinds of memories you need to
be clinging to when you get down instead of memories of "what's his name."

wow. i've never heard applause for a professor, even some very
good ones i've had. you must have quite a gift for teaching.
does maria like to read? readers are usually better students.
otoh, michael is an avid reader and can't write a proper
paragraph to save himself, much less an entire report.
try to go easy on yourself. you have a lot on your plate right
now. i'm not surprised that you're having trouble focusing.

Sometimes applause happens - it really makes you feel as if you did a
good job. Maria loves to read but is not doing well at school. Hard
huh when coping with depression and the kids? I wanted to say you
should complain, vent and talk all you want. I always read you and feel
as if I know you a bit and would not want to be out of the loop with
what is going on for you. Please feel as if you have friens here!
