Today I feel really bad, both physically and emotionally. I'm slightly
nauseated, and a little while ago, I was so dizzy and unsteady that I could
barely walk. I checked my blood glucose level, fearing that I was
hypoglycemic, but my bg level was within the normal range (97 mg/dl).
I got a lot done at work as always, but it was without any pleasure I did
it. I was like a robot, doing work that I could almost do in my sleep. It
was so boring.
My life feels empty, boring, and meaningless. Nobody likes me. Nothing gives
me joy.
I have no appetite. I don't eat as much as usual, which I suppose isn't
bad...

I think you should visit your doctor. It sounds like something is
wrong.
By the way, have you had your thyroid levels checked?

I hope that I'll feel better once I get off the TCA I've been taking lately.

Yes, my thyroid levels are normal.
