There are people walking from under my writer screen and leaving the
monitor. I'd better go and try to sleep; if I can keep my eyes still, I
should manage to drop off, otherwise I'll probably go deaf.

It took me three hours to get to sleep, even with the trazodone. Then I
didn't wake up till twelve. I ended up having to dash to the surgery to
pick up my prescription, then hurry to the pharmacy (two doors down the
main street) to get it made up before they closed for lunch. After that
I went back home, had breakfast, then hurried to the dentist (four doors
down from the pharmacy) to find them closed.
I've slowed down now, but I ran out of Parnate, so I'm five hours behind
on my morning dose...
No Parnate and lots of nice wine do not help me sleep.

what a day! i hope thing are sorted out by now.
i was up until 4:30, myself, but luckily had no plans until
late afternoon.
