I was checking out your profile to find out a bit more about you...my
gawd, how many groups do you belong to? Are you really depressed? My
bad if you are, maybe you find being in a lot of different groups a
good distraction and helpful. Maybe I should look for more groups to
involve myself in *shrugs*

its not so much how many as it is how long ,
a lot of those posts in other groups happen ,
because of crossposting ( posting in more than one group at a time )
and when i answer someone that does that , i end up ,
posting in more groups too ,
but we're getting off topic , did you find a psychologist yet

Ah, I see, I understand better now. Um, I have one (psychiatrist),
have had psychologists, have had many, all qualified and my current
one I've been with for 4 1/2 years and he knows me well, and I trust
him. My therapist is new though, only a month or so in.

Ah, I see, I understand better now. Um, I have one (psychiatrist),

'discovered' and recalled and relived everything. Yeah, I got it goin
on, I just am sick of it, and wish I could help myself. I want to
