Sleeep if you can, do not drink water it seems to only intensify the

i drank a ton of it last night while i was having my monster Grand Mariner
margarita. i have heard that it helps to do that...keeps you from getting
so dehydrated and having the headache. it seemed to work as far as that
goes, but i definitely won't drink any water today if it is going to make my
tummy feel worse.
