Dad,
I am not ready to go to a hospital. I am fine, with a few exceptions. I do
believe that with adequate care the medicine will help the most. My maturity
will continue to improve.
Our appointment with Goldies will comense soon, possibly near tomorrow or
after the holidays when I have moved. I will need to talk to you about
improving budget.
Shut your teeth will continue as well. I am not on dial up, there is
something wrong with my line, I will put it back on the hook. Do not cut
your throat.
David

David,
Thanks for telling me how you are doing. We have an appointment with Dr.
Greer tomorrow, and it would be good if you go.
I continue to think that you will do much better if you are quite regular
on taking the meds and get some good sleep at night. It still may be a
good idea to go into the hospital after the first of year to get
stabilized on meds and then move to another place where you can get
support from a PACT team.
It would be best not to go on the depression support group to avoid the
problems. Based upon your past emails, I can understand why some people
have blocked your emails. The real solution is for you to get well, and a
lot of these issues will go away. You can do it, but you also need some
help to break out of the current cycle.
I really liked hearing you say on the blog that the bad emails go against
your moral codes. I can agree with that. You have historically been a kind
and gentle person. And you will get back there soon.
Tried to bring over breakfast, but all I get is a busy signal. Are you
online?
Hope that your day goes OK.
Dad

Dad,
The main thing I would like is a monitor, preferably a 17" for the new
computer. I also need a good printer. They can be used, but would like
new.
I have been struggling. The voices are bad, along with urges and stress,
with a void and pulling to stop them. I am struggling a lot, and am
posting bad material to the support group trying to get help. But the
people there either have me blocked or encourage me to write things I
don't want to.
Hope that all is well. Glad you had a good time at the Party.

David,
Hope that your day went OK. Received your Christmas list. I am not sure
what all we can do, but it will be nice. It would probably be best to get
some surprises. I tried to call you several times today, but the line was
always busy. Are you on a dialup account?
Read your blogs. It is good to get your thinking about things. I do think
that going back on 30 mg Remeron and 150 mg Effexor would give you the
best possible meds for getting better. We have an appointment with Dr.
Greer on Thursday.
I went to our annual Christmas party for Toastmasters tonight. I saw your
old friends, Phyllis, Sharon, and Jodi. They said to say hi to you.
Was busy all day. Had lunch with a client today.
Hope that you get some good rest tonight. And will plan to see you
tomorrow.
Love,
Dad
