Wow, two posts in one day with no profanity? You're slipping.

Didn't I say it was only a matter of time?
You're well on your way to joining the crowd, and proclaiming that I am an
inhuman beast not capable or deserving of anything "good" in this world.
Oh, well, now that I checked the "You people don't make any sense" thread,
I guess I didn't say it was only a matter of time. Well, I'll say it now,
and still note that you're on your way there.

That I was right.

But isn't that just how the newsgroup "looks"?

Admittedly, it's just how everyone who engages with me comes off
looking.

Up top, you've got a fluid chat going with dave

Who? Only recent chats I've been in were the ones with Walter and Tracy.

that is a pleasure to
read.

I'm not sure which discussion you're referring to. Neither the Walter or
Tracy ones were a pleasure in any sense. Just the typical me trying to
have a discussion and the other person launching flame after flame after
flame. I'm sure they got off on it, though. I felt like I wasted my
time.

I don't want to leap into it as it seems fine as it is and I'd
have nothing to add and no-one else would gain further enjoyment from
it. Therefore you don't see a response from me, and that's possibly
why others didn't join in either.

You give people too much credit. For the most part, they don't like to
join in conversations unless they think they have a zinger.

I don't get it right, I'm not saying I do. But the balance can be
quite murky. For instance you've also given yourself up for
scapegoating. Where people get to project what they are ashamed of in
themselves onto you... From there, it gets even more murky...

I feel like I missed a paragraph or something. I'm afraid I don't quite
follow what you're saying.

I can see a certain amount of that, yes (and "pot, kettle, black"). But I
think that is more to do with keeping the mood up in concideration of the
big "D" to a certain degree. Text on a newsgroup is text on a newsgroup.
The moment you find a new interest, 30.000 other people in various
newsgroups have had the same argument and the eyes are no longer on you.
The problem is, there's information within the advice in newsgroups and
that keeps us coming back... And then you have the people that won't let
go of grudges...

Your quite right. As I'd mixed up the sense of posts from you and Jernau,
it is irrelevant.

You are absolutely correct. And I should know because I used to be just
like him. Just ask some of the veteran regulars who remember Kaelwyn. I
finally learned that everyone that disagrees with me isn't necessarily out
to get me, they just happen to disagree with me. I'm much happier now than
I was then. And it's my sincere hope that he will come to realize the same

Good for you. Not every message is a challenge to life, limb and

After a while, one "should" act like they have it together when they

Oh, well, now that I checked the "You people don't make any sense"
thread, I guess I didn't say it was only a matter of time. Well, I'll
say it now, and still note that you're on your way there.

I'm not well on my way to anything other than expressing my distaste
for your profanity laced diatribes. Try reading my posts instead of
reading into them.

Try reading my posts before you make comments about them
I just went through my last 25 posts. I said "schmuck" in one, "*****" in
another (and in that sense I meant "sissy," so it's not really profanity,)
"*****" in one, "*****" several times in another (the one where I gave you
what you wanted) and ... that was it.

"Profanity laced diatribes" doesn't describe my posts in the slightest.

You must have had me confused with someone else. It's the only

explanation.

Well, the only one where I wouldn't be right about you, after all.

i told you you were right

Wow, two posts in one day with no profanity? You're slipping.

Wait for it. His next post will be a true flamer.
