I saw doctor. The surgery I am to have is high risk he said. My iorta
(? sp.) - he suspects heart disease so he is not sure can clear for
surgery. Several tests in two weeks to determine. Very sobering and
scary appointment. . . I am numb.
I am not obessing as hard, but still. Going to try to get energy to
reach postdoc now. Too many doctors and too many things at once.
Not giving up. Not. But can't stop crying.

Sounds like cause for cautious optimism. I can see how it feels like yet
another problem, though.
