the fever is gone, but i still have a terribly sore throat. it really
hurts when i cough, and i still have to cough a lot. my nose is still
stuffed too. i really hope this nasty cold goes away by tomorrow morning.

I had a cold just before Xmas. My nose is still more blocked than it
should be, a month later.

I try not to blow too hard - it drives it up into my sinuses.
