how high is your fever? especially with a high temp, you need to
let the heat out. drink lots of clear fluids, take ibuprofen if
you've got it (actaminophen is a good second choice), and watch
your temp. if it doesn't go down and it's still a high fever, go
to the er.
do not wear the parka...

103 F (39.4 C).
