It looks like Leif might have a torn retna (?) - his eye is going crazy
and he is rushing to doctor now, he seems to have all symptons which
means lazer surgery and we have no insurance for him.
Poor Leif - and damn, between everything else I don't know how we will
handle this. We will know in a couple of hours what is going on . . . .
His vision is all messed up in right eye and I am worried it will
progress unless we get immediate attention.
Does anyone know how long lazer surgery lays you up?? Is it painful?

Some relatives of mine suffered from(near-) torn retinas. IIRC, they
didn't always have to have surgery. One way or another, I think they had
to lie on one side for days, to give the retina a better chance to stay
in the right place and heal.
This was back in the late 70s and 80s, though.
