The weather is getting too warm. It was 75 F inside my apartment, which
is uncomfortably hot, so I have turned on the air conditioning and set
it to 74 F. That's about as warm as I can stand if I'm not doing
anything physically strenuous.
I wish I lived in a colder place.

Monterey would be the perfect place to live. Its cold and near the
ocean. I went there once. I stood on the sand and looked at the
rushing ocean. I love the salty smell of the ocean. Thinking of
Montery helps me calm down.I just wisk my mind there, Shut out thoughts
that hurt. The ebb and flow of the tide is like emotions, my emotions
ebb in and out I have no control over the salty tears , like waves. But
the sadness is everlasting never ending.

Monterey, CA is nice. I've been there a couple of times. I remember the
barking sea lions and the big aquarium.
When I think of a place that calms me down, I think about a beautiful
summer day, not too warm, in the forest, somewhere in northern Europe or
northern Asia.
