...I feel something dying a little more inside me every day that passes spent
alone. I don't want to do it any more either. Silent screaming..

Hope you feel better - I am firm believer that noisy screaming rather
than silent is healthier.

I agree - moaning might be best - it also has more emotional impact
perhaps than a scream. I definitely moan when sick, upset, or
frustrated - long soft howls.

Are you a devout Catholic, Rosena? Perhaps, you can chat up
Daniel Urtiz sometime, he is really lonely too!

Tired I can understand. Many reasons.
And it's *late* here, and getting late in your zone.
Have you done anything about making contacts for yourself?
(Therapist, support group, etc...)
University town, right? Probably more there than
in smaller places.

We have had this conversation before ,,,, its easy to forget who
people are on usenet I know. I get some folks mixed up with other
folks. yes I do work everyday. They are giving us friday off
this year, the day after thanksgiving. yeahh,
My depression is a life long struggle. It is not going to be solved
by getting some fresh air. I tend to isolate and it does make
everything worse. I am working on putting myself out there more. Its
hard, ,,, happy holiday ,,,,jil

Yes, I remember - sorry. I was worrying about your isolation, that is
why I asked. I know - fresh air surely does not help when grasped by
insanity churning in mind, soul, and stomach eating one alive. I was
just hoping that there were people around who give you appreciation you
deserve!
My depression I think is life long too. BUT I am sicckkkk of it. (like
you are too eh?)
Keep up your great "keep going" talks for both of us!
