Why do men always want to see two women together or be involved with
two women, and women do not want to think of two men together?? Never
understood the dynamic.

Whatever a man has done in a mutually consenting sexual past is of no
concern to me. I have dated several bisexual men. If you are talking about
a threesome, involving one woman and two men, that's one thing, but if you
are talking about a relationship with a bisexual man who has had one on one
intimate relationships with men; no woman present, that's another thing.
There's a big difference between the two situations. Most of the women I
have discussed this with, are turned off by the idea of a man having had a
relationship with a man. I suspect, given what I have been told, these
women don't entirely trust that a man can be truly and equally attracted to
both genders. In other words, he is either gay and in denial, or gay and
experimenting, but bottom line, he is more gay than heterosexual, which
pretty much leaves them out in the cold at some point. There is also a
school of thought that a man is only as faithful as his options, and double
the options, less likely the commitment. I understand the mindset, but
don't buy into any of it myself. Relationships are about *people*
regardless of orientation or past history. I would much rather deal with
each man as unique and individual person, separate from, and much more than
just his sexuality.

I think Rhi hit it on the nail with this one. I don't know why all my
straight male friends can't get enough of watching two women...no, not
that my friends really into porn but when they watch or talk about it
that's what they like. I've wondered why women don't like the same
thing...but with two guys. Anyway, kind of odd subject but I think
your answer was right on...makes perfect sense. I hate to say it...but
when I meet a guy who says he is Bi it usually turns out in the near
future that he wasn't ready to come all the way out as being gay. I'm
not saying Bi doesn't exist...but that has been my experience.

more likely to be true with young people at the start of their sexual
lives than with older people. generally, sexual identity settles in for
keeps by our mid-twenties. people who say they're bi past that age are
probably going to be bi. before that, it's a crap shoot. some kids who
identify as bi or even gay in high school turn out to be straight as an
arrow a few years later. does that mean they've gone into the closet
and are now repressed homosexuals? nope, not necessarily at all.

because men are visual creatures and mostly just interested in the act of

behavior and nudity. women, otoh, are emotionally involved in sex. it's a
bit difficult to get emotionally involved in watching 2 men get it on.

Never mind wasting time with porn. Just watch Sunday night football.
Mostly gorgeous men in tight pants, piling on top of other men in tight
pants, slapping each other on the butt, and all in the pursuit of a ball
that's shaped like a testicle. Now that's homoerotic. :)

BWAHAH! this is hilarious. you really had me going there, with
the deadpan delivery.

i was talking about strictly heterosexual men. and obviously what i

said

can't be true of all men, but it is generally true of heterosexual

men.

sorry if it made you feel bad. most men that i know will admit it's

true

i have very little interest in seeing lesbians (maybe i'm whacked).

seeing

bisexuals is different.

Never mind wasting time with porn. Just watch Sunday night football.
Mostly gorgeous men in tight pants, piling on top of other men in tight
pants, slapping each other on the butt, and all in the pursuit of a ball
that's shaped like a testicle. Now that's homoerotic. :)

That's a good point - what's usually the fantasy is gorgeous straight

i don't think that really enters into it. it's not a function of men's
sexuality, but of their emotional intelligence and culturally conditioned
privileges and expectations. and, not insignificantly, women's conditioned
expectations, what they want, what they're told reality is, what they're
willing to put up with. but there's nothing new about this. you've been
hearing it for decades. you've probably said it yourself. in the end it
turns back on you as inevitably as biological programming. but that's not
what it is.
