@ Out of the Blue @ |
University of Alabama Law School writes me and asks if I am interested
in a tenure track position. SO WEIRD!! It is not hiring season and
not sure why they would write me, I think just got my name from
possible profs on market.
Very strange. I DON'T want to move Maria and truth is I want to finish
this PhD but I wrote I was interested for last thing is - no money, no
life. A salary is a good thing.
Oh well probably come to nothing - no need to worry now.

Congratulations on the offer, Rosena!
It's a huge compliment either way, right?
Yes, no money = no life [or much debt].
Maybe it's possible to finish your PhD and still work? If they really
want you [and it sounds like they do] maybe you can work something out.

Thanks Whiskers,
Spring Break now and boy am I glad - lots of work but going to make
time for Maria and movies and going to buy make-up!!!! I love doing
that.

Whisker's remark is great. And I think the
offer "out of the blue" comes bc of your
perseverance in the history program; success
calls out somehow in the noosphere(pardon the
