the rash isn't stopping and more symptoms, my doc doesn't want to take any
risks even though I told him I didn't think it was *the rash*.
my options are slim to none for much of anything else.

Doctors do not like to take risks. Even here, where they're rarely sued,
they are generally a cautious breed. There are alternatives to
lamictal/lamotrogine, or have you already tried them?

Depends, I haven't tried others in the mood stabilizer/ anti-convulsant
group. Other groups, such as atypical and SSRI's I've tried. Many of the
ones in the other classes I couldn't take due to med med interactions. I'm
sure I'm getting ready to play guinea pig again.
The itching has stopped that I've had for about a week. So maybe the
lamictal was affecting me.
