and am going out for another walk. to see
what that will do (to me not to the newsserver)

...that must suck, I've never had a newserver problem. I don't even know
what ASD looks like through googlegroups.

That's great! You still did it. Did you feel any better for it? I love
walking. It's me time. Even when there is intent. Having to go somewhere
it still feels like it was for me.

tonight I went from W 4th to 72nd Street in two

Ah, well, not bad is good. I was already been doing 6 miles a week but the
people at the mood disorder clinic said that walking has as dramatic an
affect on mood as anti-depressants. They don't advocate ditching meds, but
said that new research is showing that AD's work even better if we walk
outside everyday for at least 10 minutes a day. I don't know how it works
for everyone, but it worked for me, and I'm now up to a mile a day. Though
it's getting awfully cold up here now, and I don't like it as much when it's
cold.
