1/2 a marathon, no way I could run a marathon right now, but I think I
can start to see that it might be possible.
My first week I started running, my long run was 4 miles.

what are you running for ?

For fun, to lose weight, and to get physically stronger. Also gets me
outside in the sunshine, which is why I moved west, away from the land
of the clouds.

You know, I haven't started keep track yet. I stepped on the scale
yesterday, I was 190. But that was without jeans and boots. Last time
I weighted myself with jeans/boots, I was almost 200. So I think I
might have lost a couple poundsl

Is the aerobic workout having a noticeable effect on your mood?

I see a difference in him. Not sure if it's the lack of booze, or the
running. But he doesn't seem as stressed-out lately. Still cusses at
his computer on a regular basis though. I think he'd need meds to
deal with that one. :-)

We need an exorcist, these computers are evil.

Not sure. I think it affects my background mood, and how I feel about
myself. When I'm really out of shape, I hate myself and feel like a
slug. Does that make sense?
It's like, even if I didn't accomplish anything else today or this week,
I ran 13.2 miles for the day and 31.2 miles for the week, so at least I
did something.
