Today, Kristina watched for a bit after she dropped Maia off at the
preschool.
There's a circle in the morning in the 3 year olds' classroom, and the 2
year olds join in.
Maia joined up where Blake and Kelii were sitting because they are friends
of hers, and she started cutting up with them. The girl sitting next to
her, a 3 year old, scolded Maia the way that older children will scold
younger ones. Maia rocked back and looked at her for a moment. But then
she slapped the floor and laughed with the two boys.
Kristina smiled about that but thought it might mean that Maia is the kind
of kid who gets sent to the principal's office a lot.
I don't think so. I think it just shows that she has spunk. Which is a
good thing, in my view.
