In a country well governed poverty is something to be ashamed of. In a

I agree we may end up speaking chinese the way things are going ,,
There is no shame in being poor,, EVER! IF YOU ARE WORKING HARD <
and it makes me irate to hear anyone suggest that anyone should ever
be ashamed of being poor....
Poor people are so discriminated against, its appalling really. Not
only do the poor pay much higher interest rates and billions in late
fees because of constant cash flow problems, They also pay much
more for medical and dental needs. plus the level of service they
recieve is often not even adequate, People should try to have some
respect and be a little more sensitive to the working poor people
everywhere,,,,, wake up america ,
Now with unions dissappearing and taking the middle class with them
things are only going to get worse,,, Salary's went up for alot of
people but for the bottom 4 percent they went down. It's going to
get a whole lot worse before it gets better, I just do not get why
being on the right side of that line has to include blaming the poor
for there situation.

Totally. And what's with % guy -- king of passive aggressive humor.
Don't get me wrong, I like him and all (I think?) but it doesn't seem
like this group is ever doing anything but posting/flaming jokes. I
know this is supposed to be a "Support" depression group so humor is
necessary but sometimes I feel like I'm just posting to a bunch of
shock-jock wannabes. I'm guilty of it too myself, but I'm serious
sometimes too and self-revealing. Nobody really reveals themselves
here ... or at least some of the heaviest posters don't. It's weird.

just for your info i have revealed everything about me a # of times ,
i have also let people ask me anything they want to know about me ,
i don't do this everyday of course because i think most people ,
who have been here more than 5 minutes don't need to read it again ,
so if you go to google and seach back through the last 10 or 11 years ,
you will see everything i have shared about myself over that time ,
but i don't think i will apologise for you not being here when i did reveal

I've been posting here for almost 9 years, I've opened up numerous times,
ppl know more about me here then my family could ever possibly want to know.
Here is the problem after almost 9 years, I'm sick of posting my story, my
history, my problems blah blah blah. Know what I mean, it's time for those
who need to do that to have the floor. I'm here to shoot my opinion,
receive support if I need it, give support if it's needed and joke around
and try to have some fun. Yes fun, the stuff that makes us laugh, which is
a accomplishment here all on it's own.
If you wanna know what makes me tick, ask, I don't volunteer it cuz, well
like I said most of the ppl already know.

Hi Terry, a good point, sometimes it just makes me feel even more
lonely.
jill
Totally. And what's with % guy -- king of passive aggressive
humor.
Don't get me wrong, I like him and all (I think?) but it doesn't
seem
like this group is ever doing anything but posting/flaming jokes.
I
know this is supposed to be a "Support" depression group so humor
is
necessary but sometimes I feel like I'm just posting to a bunch of
shock-jock wannabes. I'm guilty of it too myself, but I'm serious
sometimes too and self-revealing. Nobody really reveals themselves
here ... or at least some of the heaviest posters don't. It's
weird.
-- Terry
I've been posting here for almost 9 years, I've opened up numerous
times,
ppl know more about me here then my family could ever possibly want
to
know.
Here is the problem after almost 9 years, I'm sick of posting my
story,
my
history, my problems blah blah blah. Know what I mean, it's time
for
those
who need to do that to have the floor. I'm here to shoot my opinion,
receive support if I need it, give support if it's needed and joke
around
and try to have some fun. Yes fun, the stuff that makes us laugh,
which
is
a accomplishment here all on it's own.
If you wanna know what makes me tick, ask, I don't volunteer it cuz,
well
like I said most of the ppl already know.
what in gods name is a shock-jock wannabe?
Shock Jock = Howard Stern = Says stuff intentionally to shock ppl
cheers Jane..it makes sence now(well sort of)
type the phrase in a search engine you'll get lots of explanations
