I'm making progress! A little exercise, and eating right and not too much,
really works.

next he needs to count the number of hairs on his head, and post that twice
a day.
i can't belive he went from 188 to 190 to 192 to 185 in just the span of
a few days and thinks that means he is on a diet.
but hey .. seems like he has another 'killfile' time to mess with it.

what kind of exercise are you doing? i am a martial artist. i train
alot lol. i am trying to tone up too though. i have a few ideas that
can help you. i have lost abut 30 puonds in 3 months. remember it is
better to lose it slow that fast. i dont see going from 192 to 185 in a
few days healthy. my weight fluctuates too usually 5 to 6 pounds a day,
but i only lose a half a pound or maybe a pound at the most by the end
of the day.

Very light exercise. Riding my bicycle around the block or to the local
shopping center and back. Doing a 20 minute "fat burning" program on a
stationary bike.

Well, my weight has been fluctuating a lot, but the trend seems to be
downward. I am making drastic changes to my eating habits, besides
exercising more. I am really struggling to avoid all the unnecessary snacks.

is this the first time you have been active for a while? if it isnt,
you need to up your cardio. thats the key training technique to weight
loss. dieticains and doctors say that it is more effective than
dieting. if u want i can give u a few things that are good for this
sort of thing. also exercise is good for people who suffer from
depression because it releases endorphines into the body that increase
the "happy feeling". just let me know if u wanna know those exercises.

Yes, this is the first time I've been active for a long time, so even this
modest exercise is much more than I've been doing.

I believe that.

Sure, if they are easy ones. I'm so out of shape that I have to start
slowly.
BTW, I assume from your name that you practice tae kwon do? My balance and
coordination, as well as my general physical condition, is so poor that I
can't do martial arts well. I tried tai chi a few years ago, but gave up.
