when can i call myself a non smoker?

Well done Ian, hang in there as you are now well on your way to beat this
habit, I quit successfully 29 months ago, and kept implanted in my head
from day one, that I was a "NON SMOKER", and yes, take a bow and one every
hour you dont have one of these filthy suckers in your gob.
