5 cents/outgoing will shut them down! |
I am just as much opposed to more gov as anyone else and I don't think
regulation is the answer. But I do think that a 5 cent per outgoing email
tax would put an end to it without having any serious impact on most of us.
Hell, make it 10 cents and put it into the social security fund!
