Object: A new week begins
I will continue to make progress towards my goals, including
1. Improve health and lose weight.
2. Declutter and clean apartment.
3. Bring mood swings under control.
4. Try not to give up.
5. Try to overcome my anxiety, especially social phobia.
6. Try to get along with people.

Good luck, I have similar goals. Perhaps getting a case worker could be
beneficial in achieving these successfully, with the least amount of
pressure.

Thanks. I don't have a case worker, but I do have a therapist and a
psychiatrist.

i've never decluttered i've always uncluttered ,
my spell check has no suggestion for declutter

I try to keep a balance between what I'm throwing out and what I'm
taking in to my room. I don't accept the clutter in the rest of the
house as my responsibility, since I make so little of it, since my life
revolves around the kitchen, and my room.
