a promice to myself |
Today is 1/1/2004 and I decided to make a promice to myself that I'd do
my best to get myself out of this magic circle of depression I keep
spining in for a few months now. I'm not taking any medications, I will
not talk to anybody about it. I'm positive that I can solve this all
alone. Thinking, writing, explaining to myself everything I'm bothered
with. I thought I could write this down, all my thoughts and post it on
this newsgroup, maybe someone would find something helpful in it!
