and I don't know why. There's no *reason* why.
Didn't do much yesterday, and Sunday, Monday were
not exertional.
I had days like this last week, thought it was
moving stuff around and the dust.

The new drug I take, Cymbalta, is supposed to treat both the emotional

yup, and vice versa
maybe just the aches 'n pains of aging?
took some Advil (ibuprofen) and a bath. now it's
"strange pain in left arm and a couple other places"
not " lapsing into total incognition "
some years ago I was always taking the Advil. Then
whatever it was lessened.

Sorry, C. I myself have stopped looking for reasons for the way I feel.
Between PMS, and Perimenopause, and bein' Bipolar, it's always
something.
Ride it out is now my philosophy.
Hope it gets better.
