Object: additonal research reports
that trees planted in center mediums can only be a hinderance when viewing
on coming traffic, paticularly if you are recovering depression, it is
suggested that a more solid approach be used for those with abscence
seizures. One can only hope this isn't done for longer then 7 seconds while
driving at top highway speeds.

You don't have to drive at top highway speeds. It's a maximum not a
minimum. But I agree, flickering light, through trees or poles, or
whatever is unpleasant, and could probably be dangerous to some. I
wonder if it triggers epileptic attacks, or migraine.

It can which is why epileptics have the license taken away right after
diagnosis or never get one if diagnosed early in life. At least here.

It can which is why epileptics have the license taken away right after
diagnosis or never get one if diagnosed early in life. At least here.

I think that here you have to show you've been stable for a certain
length of time. If you're on medication, it's stable with that. It's not
something anyone in my acquaintance has mentioned so I'm only going on
what I've picked up over the years.

people who get absence seizures have no business driving at top highway
speeds or any other speeds.
