just about the same
i'm so ready for spring. the "blahs" have really had a hook
in
me
lately.
i'm always ready for spring ,
and march is the worst ,
luckily this month being short should go fast
march is the worst weather-wise, or depression-wise?
weather wise ,
it just goes on and on forever ,
depression for me isn't seasonal ,
i don't have days or times that are worse then others ,
its more a reaction to outside influences
the weather improves drastically here in march, so i'm really
looking
forward to it!
my depression isn't seasonal either, but i do find that it's worse
in
the
winter months. especially if the grey days continue indefinitely.
weather never seems to bother me too much ,
i guess there are somethings i realize i can't do anything about
i don't know why, but i need warmth and sunshine on a very regular
basis.
it was one of the reasons we moved here 10 years ago.
oh wow....i just realized the 10th anniversary of my suicide attempt
is
coming up very very soon.

maybe that's why i don't have months or dates ,
if i did , everyday all year would be an anniversary of something bad
