I'm falling asleep... this time it's the stupor that
comes with being warm after being cold.

Really cold here today and I have to go out later. So far, it's
warmed up to 6F. Maybe it'll hit 10 before I ought to go.

16 degrees F here right now. I just went out to get milk and donuts
for Bob. The car had that, "I don't want to start, let me be"
attitude for a second or two.
I saw the 7 day forecast, and it will warm up considerably in the next
2 days, 50 by mid next week.
I was with punk on New Years day. We were working in her backyard,
planting things for the Spring. I heard her say, "I can't believe how
warm it has been for January." Well, yes, 11 hours into january, it
had been very warm.
So I dropped my shovel, dragged her inside and kissed her. It was my
first time at her home, and I didn't want any neighbors to see us
kissing. Then she dropped my shovel, dragged me outside and said,
"Back to work!"
That last part is not true. But the first and second part are true.
Brian, who crossed the big river.

It hasn't been that warm here. Occasional low 40s, not warm
enough to melt away the snow. Even the thaw that's coming
won't do that, just compress it, which will make the kids
happy because sledding will be better.

Oh, you'll see soon....big warm up....
I will try to verify that with a guess as to where in Mass. you are.
I'll just pick a northerly area.
Maybe not 50s for you, but more 40s. This arctic air shall be gone in
2 days. Elevation matters a lot too.

I'm just south of the VT/NH border, near Rte 2. We've got lots
of snow on the ground right now. It won't melt out til April,
even with a big thaw.

I have my slippers on, so my feet must feel cold.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?
