you'll be the first one i tell
well, about an hour ago i finally made myself do something. i got tired of
listening to the voice in my head that kept telling me, "you are too
depressed to function." instead, i decided not to listen to it, and not to
think at all. only to act. so i made myself start doing laundry. i also
stopped thinking about everything i had to do today, and focused only on the
2 loads that needed folding right that minute. and when that was done, i
found that i was able to move on to the kitchen to "conquer" it as well.
and now i'm about to start on preschool stack of stuff for the week. i
don't know how far i'll get, but at least the "voices" stopped. and at
least i'm doing "something" besides feeling horrible.
here's to hoping you feel less horrible soon as well.
