another email rampage |
Am having an anxiety attack at the moment, or at least anxiety. Have
emailed CNN, FBI, CIA, KOTV in Tulsa, and others, including the FA A.
Maybe I'll have alphebet cereal for breakfast in the morning

When I'm highly anxious and having those attacks I can never word it, I
can only type with the stuff coming up around the sides, as it were.
Never once did I email those guys, or feel the need to.
What's going on?

There is a lot that has been going on, actually. I'm going to come out
later today and list what has been in my mind, very carefully. At the
moment I don't regret sending the emails, although I am aware that they
will probably just file it and not respond, unless they see any
substance to it (or are already aware and know that I am receiving good
care). I am knowledgable of a lot of things due to the voices. two
phrases that go through my mind are "Keep your mouth shut", and "Oh my
holy God." I think they're real.
I see my doctor today. I am going to talk to him about spreading out
the medication so it will be more even, and raising the Nortrytpaline
from 50 to 75. We have a long term goal of medication arrangement, I
suspect last night was simp[y a 'jiggle', so to speak in the regimen.
