another night |
i wish i could just skip nights.
i have to get up early tomorrow for a 7:45 meeting. i have
trouble sleeping when i'm feeling so awful. tomorrow's going to
be a rough day.

well its more like ever since i've known you ,
but i'm not keeping tabs
it comes and goes. things look up for awhile, then crash back
down. then i up my meds and things look up for awhile more.
unfortunately, upping the remeron isn't doing it.
i'm seeing my therp tomorrow. he doesn't know what to do,
either, but it helps a bit to talk about it and the coping
skills i have.

we just increased the remeron, and it did nothing. i'd like to
increase the wellbutrin, but i'm not sure i can convince my
pdoc to try, since i've been having trouble sitting still on
the dose i'm on now.

thanks justa. i can't believe that the middle school schedules
parent conferences that early in the morning. i've been waking
up at ten lately. 6:30's going to come very early.
