another rough day |
yesterday, i:
went to a dr. appt,
attended the weekly university luncheon
went grocery shopping
brought daniel to and from gymnastics (40 min away)
helped joe complete dinner
went to the school potluck, followed by the 3rd/4th grade play
joe brought michael to tae quon do just before the end of the
play. at the end of the performance, i discovered that daniel,
who had performed, had borrowed my car keys and returned them to
joe. we had no way to leave. finally got a ride home with the
preschool teacher. waited for joe to get home so that we could
get my car.
crashed at 10:30 pm, without sleep meds!
this depression has got to lift. i used to have days like this
without batting an eye. now it's barely doable, and i'm in
physical pain today from doing too much yesterday.
