What medication are you taking? With antianxiety meds, they have
relatively short half lives and need to be taken regularaly. As far as
anti-depressants, they would be prefered, and would need to stay in
your system for a longer period of time in order to work. It might be
helpful to write a short paragraph or two to your doctor explaining how
you've been feeling.
