I have taken a chelated amino acid for a couple of days now and have
had some interesting results. I've noticed that I am more relaxed and
my mood is up. My energy is also better and I feel sharper
cognitively. I also feel that I might be a little more resilient but I
need more time to judge this better. There is no doubt that these
effects have occured but I am still having some ups and downs.
Does it take several days or weeks to realize the complete effect?
Also, how have people done in the long term on magnesium? Would love
to hear your experiences.
P.S, I am in the process of switching to magnesium chloride, malate,
or citrate because I don't know what the other amino acid is in my
chelated form of magesium. I've heard that it's important to avoid
aspartate and glutamate becaue it can make things worse?

They make magnesium alloy bullets for my rifle. I know this magnesium
will relieve my depression. In fact I can guarantee it.
