strictly text. There's no way I can convert it to read.

Bum! It looks fine on my reader, and in Wordpad. I did use a different
route from Word to get to it, though. I'll have to re-send it.

When I looked at it, all the paragraphs has question marks
at the beginning and at the end.

All of the quotation marks are messed up.
