uh-oh. missed this in my other response. sounds like a bad
night. if the problem continues, you might want to see about a
comprehensive sleep study. i found my results to be interesting.

I'm hoping it's just a rut that I'm stuck in for the moment. I need to
break the cycle before my body gets used to waking me up throughout the
night.

that's what i thought. then i tried every sleeping pill on the
market to try to sleep through the night. finally had the sleep
study, and the results surprised me. i figured something was
just messing up my cycle. didn't expect to see that i kept
stopping breathing all night.

Yes, that would surprise me as well. Perhaps I'll need to do that as well
if this continues.

Yes, that would surprise me as well. Perhaps I'll need to
do that as well if this continues.

My wife misses a few breaths every now and then, but it doesn't wake her
up. It took a while to stop knowing she was going to die..

I found that it wasn't really a problem, once I'd stopped worrying about
it. CBT to the rescue. Now, if only I could get it to work on my
depression.
