And we both agreed while my anxiety is high ( to me ), but
maybe/maybe-not by his definition, considering all the meds and dosages
I am already on and the greater risk of an interaction if we were to
add klonipin (spelling) that we might not do anything different with my
meds just yet, but his decision is not carved in stone.
Also, I have decided to continue to resist getting vodka I have been
craving for 2 months to self medicate away the anxiety, and be sure to
continue to keep talk therapy appointments, because I know the worst of
the anxiety is purely situational.
People in real life set it off to go high, so I just have to continue
to avoid it/them, and find better ways to communicate with difficult
and nosey people.
There are also other things I can do to get my anxiety back to normal
levels as well I think, without adding another med.

Sounds like a good session with a good pdoc.
Avoiding the vodka and the relative(s) are
I think both advisable.

for an appt in which you changed nothing, it sounds like you
had a good talk and worked some things out. it's always good
if you can avoid additional meds, but at least they exist if
you need them.

Yes. I am sure he will add something if really needed, but I am also
pretty sure of how to not need anything added. He was 5 minuits late
for his next appointment, but made it a point to shake my hand. He did
OK my changing the time taken on 1 med, like I have been when needed,
which does help. He is a very good Doctor :-)
