back on my meds... |
started up again last week. finally went to my pdoc to get a Rx for
wellbutrin. i ran out of refills last spring/summer...i'm not really
sure.
i feel much more stable. i had become more and more unstable the
longer i went without the meds.
it feels good to be back on them, again.
it got pretty scary off my meds.

thanks, rhi. the dr. told me i shouldn't go off and on my meds 'cuz
they might stop working. he also told me to make another appt. this
time instead of waiting til it's a crisis...

Yep my pdoc said the same thing. The only ones who end up a mess are us.
And why do that to ourselves. It's crazy making. How's life otherwise?
Kids? Job? I hope everything is well. I have gone way too long between

Hey Punk, that's awesome. I hope the wellbutrin keeps helping. Glad
you are feeling better. I keep putting it off, but I was thinking of

I hope the meds continue to help you. It's amazing how much depression
meds can help a person. Without paxil, my husband's depression would
be unmanagable. Paxil didn't help me with my latest bout, but I think
my problem at this point is more anxiety than depression. Anyway, good

No, @nycmail.com was just one of the choices given to me by mail.com
and since I grew up near nyc (Long Island), I took it. I do go back
once or twice a year, though. My brother works in the city and he and
his family live on Long Island. I love nyc! When I was 28, my husband
and I moved to Oklahoma for his job. We've been here 30 years, but I
still feel like a yankee. :-) I do like like living in Oklahoma,
though, and have made great friends here over the years, and I LOVE
the lower prices and property taxes here! Jeanne
