Bad Day |
Ex went off trudging in snow to get my zyprexa. Will be better when take.
Overwhelmed with life right now. In pain. Self doubt. Self hate. And contempt
for being focused on own pain instead of what matters such as Maria, work,
ideas, and others. Hate this. No "hail victory" today so far. . .

i hope things get better for you, you have to think of Maria and put
her first and foremost in your life. when my children were younger i
use to get depressed all the time and think is life worth living but
then i would look at my two children and know the answer was yes, i
could do anything to survive for them......Lynda
