Object: Been feeling better of late actually...
I think it's partly because fo the recent medicine switch I did. I
was on effexor for some years but it seemed to be losing the strength
it once had, so my doc switched me over to prozac. Been on it for
about a month now, and wow, what a change... guess the first time I
tried it years back we didn't have a good dosage or something,
Now though, I feel more "balanced" than I have in a long time. I
don't find myself depressed for no particular reason, crying spells
are less. And even when I do get depressed it's not the "soul
crushing, what's the use in going on, no hope in sight" kind of
depression.
I think this new balance i have is the main reason I've been able to
stick with this exercise regiment I'm on, going ot the rec center
three times a week. I'm now in week four of that.
Yeah, still got probs, don't have too many friends (although I've been
trying new stuff to meet new people), bit worried I'm in the wrong
degree, and don't have a job that pays a lot of hours, but still,
those problems don't utterly CONSUME me like the did weeks ago.
My biggest worry is that meds might "wear off" like the effexor did,
but hopefully that won't happened for a long while...
Anyway, I wish you the best, I hope you guys can find a medicine or
theraphy that helps you as well as this worked for me. (I'm still in
theraphy for other things, but still..)

I'm glad Prozac is working well for you. That's good news.

I'm glad things seem to be on the upside for you right now. You've come a
long ways since your first post here....IMHO.
Take care, C.
