Before You Hire An Indian - Check His Caste First
Indian Government has declared 50% reservation in all educational
institution
including premier institue like IIT, IIMs and all other good colleges
So before you hire for your company first check whether the person have
ever used quota in his life , it may so happen the guy would have never
scored more than 35%
in his life , but holding a B.tech degree from IIT or a MBA degree from
IIM
THE PERSON WHO USES QUOTA TO GET INTO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION DOES NOT
EVEN FALL IN TOP 50% INDIAN AS PER MERIT IS CONCERNED
So befor you grant any visa/ before you hire just check whether the
person whom you are granting it has not used any quota in his life , HE
WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU OR YOUR COUNTRY
BAN PEOPLE USING QUOTA IN INDIA FROM ENTERING US,SINGAPORE,AUSTRALIA AS
THEY WILL DEFINETELY DILUTE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT DRASTICALLY

The Hindus have the false belief that people are born into "castes", which
they cannot change during their lifetime. They believe that some castes are
"superior" to others, and there is a rank ordering of the castes. This is
used to justify caste discrimination. BTW- where do we non-Indians fit into
this scheme?
My advice - before you hire an Indian -check his merits, not his caste.
IMO, Hinduism, like Judaism and Islam, are evil religions. As long as they
don't reject Hinduism, the Indians will never succeed in achieving a modern
society with prosperity for all Indians. As long as they believe in
discriminating based on what "caste" a person is born into, India will never
reach its full potential. It's also time for India to start doing something
about its population explosion - there will soon be more Indians than
Chinese in the world!
